Where are you located and what areas do you serve?

Signed by Jo is based in the DMV (D.C., Maryland, Virginia) area. We travel throughout the region and are open to destination events on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer packages or is everything custom?

We offer both! Some of our services (like balloon garlands or backdrop rentals) have starting packages, but most full-event styling services are custom quoted based on your needs.

How do I book a consultation?

Simply visit the “Let’s Talk Vision” section on our site to fill out a quick inquiry form. From there, we’ll schedule a discovery call to learn more about your event.

Do you work with small businesses and churches?

Yes! We love partnering with small businesses and faith-based organizations. We also offer select complimentary services throughout the year to give back to our community.

What’s your payment and booking process?

A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your date. Full payment timelines vary depending on the scope of your event and the services selected.

How far in advance should I book?

For full event styling, we recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance. For smaller decor services like balloons or backdrops, 3–4 weeks is ideal.

Can you work with my planner or other vendors?

Absolutely. We love collaborating with planners, florists, photographers, and other creatives to ensure your event is seamless and cohesive.

Do you offer event breakdown and cleanup?

We offer breakdown for all décor we install. If you need full event cleanup services, we can recommend trusted vendors or add it to your quote if applicable.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured and can provide proof of insurance upon request, especially important for venues requiring documentation.
